Because Of Two Drops Of Spotting Brown Color, Recently I

Because of two drops of spotting brown color, recently I had an ultrasound scan during my 7 week 5 day. During scan my urinary bladder is not full. The Result came back that cardiac Activity is not appreciated, CRL is 0.3 cm which corresponds to 6 weeks 0 days and minimal collection noted in the lower pole. So doctor ask me to take bed rest for two weeks,is that necessary?? Please explain me scan result is correct or not?
