Bee Been Having Severe Pain Under My Right Rib Cage

Bee been having severe pain under my right rib cage for 4 days now. The pain is unbearable! I take hydrocodone 10 and somas and it doesn't touch the pain. It's hurts with every single breath, especially with a deep breath and definitely when coughing. I also feel some kind of popping under the rib cage. It started just under my right breast and now has spreaded to my back shoulder blade. The pain goes from moderate to severe within a minute
