Been 2weeks Late For My Period Took A Pregnancy Test

Been 2weeks late for my period took a pregnancy test it showed negative but i have family issues with them not showing up or being wrong. Today ive had clear discharge and then it switched to a bleeding mix with the clear fluid. am I possibly pregnant or did I possibly just get my period?
