Been Anemic On And Off For Several Years. Had Blood

Been anemic on and off for several years. Had blood tests got low iron stores about a 9 what ever that means but iron levels not too bad about 110. Had an endoscopy showed redness to lower stomach they taken a biopsy there and then 3 more lower down into the beginning of small intestine. I drink about a bottle and a half of wine a week could this be the cause of my problems
