Been Diagnosed With Metastatic Adenocarcinoma With Mucinous Features Origin From

Been diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma with Mucinous features origin from known adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder. The biopsy shows fibrocollagenous tissues containing mutating malignant glands with muncinous component. I also have multiple enlarged lymph nodes. Prior surgery in 2014 to remove original bladder mass. Under went chemotherapy and radiation for 3 months. Treatment was depleting white cells resulting in an emergency blood transfusion. I now have this new bladder tumor and current brownish discharge which I assume is infection along with a horrible smell and stomach pain. Scheduled for an MRI to determine size and stage.
Question: Wondering what my options are as I feel with my symptoms I am in advanced stage. I don't want to have surgery if it is going to spread.
