Been Feeling Absolutely Crummy For Just Over A Year, Worst

Been feeling absolutely crummy for just over a year, worst headache ever, has gotten worse over the year, all day headaches from morning to night, constant, tingling of some right side facial numbness and ear, other tingling throughout body on occasion, buttocks, upper thighs. Twitching of muscles all over different areas of body. Been to two Neurologist, have had a total of 3 CT scans of head and Cervical Spine, Brain MRI, MRA done also. All results normal, been to two RA doctors, no signs of underlying diseases, also, have ringing in ears for about 6 weeks. Absolutely going crazy feeling awful. Can't do any exercise at all. Blood in urine 2+, 3+, CT scan done of bladder, Vaginal bleeding, heavy at times this past year. Breast swelling, mammograms normal, No period in almost 3 years before that. Essure procedure done in late 2012, having total hysterectomy done soon to remove essure coils. Not even sure if this may be the cause, but no doctors seem to have any other options but to refer me to another specialist, to come back with normal test??? Any ideas. Been the worst year EVER. Normal size and weight, never had health issues in the past.
