Been Having A Lightheaded Motion Feeling Went To Ent He

Been having a lightheaded motion feeling went to Ent he said Allergies wouldn't cause but had slight ear retraction but that wouldn't cause it either,I've been lightheaded over 5 yrs some days better some times swaying all dr says anxiety I'm worried something inner ear neuro n maybe missing it I've had bloodwork basic neuro exam Romberg test all good also have funny vision funny head feelings fast heart beat feeling could all this really be anxiety n how do I make symptoms go away
