Been Having Discolor Rations On My Face For Years. Looks

Been having discolor rations on my face for years. Looks like a sun burn underneath my eye and check area. Each time I use a toning or lightening cream it vanishes but returns same way it was before I used it. I have tried a lot of things but non seems to give a permanent result. Wondering if glutathione would be give a lasting solution to my predicament. Would be happy to hear from you. Many thanks
