Been Having Pain In My Arm From Elbow To Hand.

Been having pain in my arm from elbow to hand. Burning sensation in my forearm when lifting or using the arm for anything. I took the garbage out two weeks ago after having mild pain for a little while, threw the garbage and felt like something tore in my arm. Pain is constant when I use the hand and arm for anything.
