Been Having Pain In My Left Testicle When I Breathe

Been having pain in my left testicle when I breathe in. Bad in the morning goes away by the middle of the day good night. Started two weeks ago I believe after using it in the elliptical bike. I have also used a exercise bike repeatedly for over two years.
