Been Having Vision Issues, My Eye Lids Like To Close

Been having vision issues, my eye lids like to close on me while I'm awake, I also have pain in both eyes with movement. It comes and goes. I'm 44 years old. Have crohns diease and hyperthyoism diease. Would either of these affect my eye sight? Had a eye appointment earlier in the year and was told my eyes looked good.
