Been On My Period Since June 8th 2018 It’s Now

Been on my period since June 8th 2018 it’s now August 1st , went to obgyn and he gave me Provera for 10 days I did stop bleeding a couple days while on it and the next day after I stopped I started back immediately with almost unbearable cramps and pains in stomach, no I’m not pregnant and also the whole time I’ve been bleeding I’ve also had clots a lot of clots and they are huge -please help
