Been Struggling For Years With Underactive Thyroid Symptoms But Numbers

Been struggling for years with underactive thyroid symptoms but numbers keep being within range. Have benign nodules and Hoshimotos. My Endocrinologist says numbers within range. My Nutritionalist says the Drs. need to treat the symptoms that numbers are only guide. Need other opinions. My last numbers were T3 Free 2.9, T4 Free .91, and TSH 1.664. Thank you for your advise.
