Been Taking 4 A Day For Several Yr. For Vertigo

Been taking 4 a day for several yr. for vertigo 12.5 mg. had several bad spells. I increased dosage but Dr. Said don't increase probably sinus or etc. causing vertigo. Test several yr. ago and Doctors thought possibly migraine without headache. She says use nose spray.
