Been Up All Night Inpain - Lower Right Back. Took

Been up all night inpain - lower right back. Took 1 ibuprofen about midnight, then 1/2 meloxican 12:30. No relief. Feel sick to my stomach but pain i relentless Not a pilll taker but can I take 2 ibuprofen Thought this was my back from lifting but now wonder if it could be kidney. In bathroom often but little urine passing.
