Before 18 Months My Mother Injured In Head Position Due

Before 18 months my mother injured in head position due to slipping.I do CT scan,blood exam,xray but no defect found at present time
She is suffered from infant,chakkar come,for 3 to 5 minutes continue 10 days any time during laying,standing from bed.So plz suggest what can I do?
