Before 3 Months I Pumped My Head To The Fridge.

Before 3 months I pumped my head to the fridge. I felt pain but no bleeding no losing conscious no vomitting, but I felt confused. After 2 or 3 days I did ×ray to my head because i still feel confused. My xray was ok. Since then somedays I feel fatigue & I did urine,cbc,full biochemistry,ferritin,HBA1c, all was ok. I have only lackage in vit.D. Recently I felt dizziness, blured eyes, headaches from time to time, annoyed from high voices, less concentration,cannot stand crowded places. I stopped driving car. When I concentrate with computer,driving,teaching,or reading I feel fatigue & bad dizziness. I did MRI & audio tests all was ok.
I want to know is this migraine? Or something related to my head hit?
