Before 3 Years I Had Swelling On One Testis And

Before 3 years I had swelling on one testis and was paining. After treatment its normal. But bilateral swelling on both foot arises. In winter swelling are more. Now its paining very hard and problem in walking. keeping both legs on kution ( takiya) while sleeping . at morning swelling minimize and look like normal. Plz help.
