Before I Begin I Have Yet To Experience Any Hair

Before I begin I have yet to experience any hair Ioss but am worried due to genetics. Would there be any negative effects if I used an OTC supplement, such as Nutrafoil and a DIH blocker shampoo? I want to prevent hair loss before it happens. The only medication I am on is Doxycycline for ance. 1 Tab QD
