Before You Start Working In An Area That Has Hexavalant

Before you start working in an area that has Hexavalant Chromium present you have to get a physical done in which they draw blood and do a urinary sample as well and also a eye exam. You get the results back before you move out of that room and go into another room with the results of 0% Chromium. While in the room they want you to drop your pants so they can do a hernia examination. I don't see the purpose of doing that when you went through and completed everything else. I don't see a hernia examination needs to be done for this type of physical. Why would the medical facility want you to drop your pants for that examination in which that is not required?
