Believe I am getting over a Viral chest cold. I was prescribed tesslon pearls. I've been coughing for 6-8 days. The Rex seems to help, I am also a smoker. I am having upper back and lower neck pain. It's behind my shoulder blade.. It's almost like a stiff neck..when you turn weird and people notice the tilt, well I'm holding my whole left side when I turn ?
