Believe To Have A Flu Bug In The House As

Believe to have a flu bug in the house as both daughters and myself have been down today. Youngest threw up yesterday and not eating/drinking very well. I puked three times in a row about 30 mins ago. Also having very loose bowl movements. My concern is after the third fast and long watery puke up there was thin red blood in it. Should I be concerned?
