Below is my right cervical lymph node FNAC result. My doctor suggested ATT treatment. I am not convinced as I don't have any TB symptoms. pls help.

Smear shows occasional epthiloid cells clusters with sheets of lymphocytes of varying sizes in a epsinophilic and haemoraahagic back groud

Suggestive of granulomatous lymphadenties. kindly confirm by HPE
