Below My Ribs, Above My Belly Button I Seem To

Below my ribs, above my belly button I seem to have an firm bump with a hollow sound to it and it's about the size of a grapefruit. I've been taking Simethicone Gas Relief for about a week, but I feel no difference. I've always had a waist and now I can't even suck my stomach in. I'm 65 and I have felt this bloated feeling since about November. Could it be some kind of cyst?
