Beware This Is Graphic. I Have Noticed A Pink, Fleshy,

Beware this is graphic. I have noticed a pink, fleshy, loose piece of skin attached to or protruding from my anus. It doesn't itch, hurt or bleed. It causes no discomfort even if pulled or pinched. It just sits there. It's roughly the size of the end of a cotton swab. I would like to get it treated but don't know if it's a skin tag,hemorrhoid, or worse. Help!
