Beyond Horrible Back Pain Going Into The Butt And Down

Beyond horrible back pain going into the butt and down the right leg! I have had 5 back surgeries already, and hip replacement surgery on the right hip. I am having difficulty walking and pain is so intense, that it interferes with everything in my life! I am on pain medication and muscle relaxant. Also had a cortisone shot 2 1/2 months ago. Any suggestions! I know the spinal cord is thinning from my last MRI which was in October. It's a real mess back there. This is all low back related. One or1tho doc. said he wants to take everything that is in there (cages, plates and screws) and start over! No quarantee though! Help!
I live on a very fixed income and have no credit cards or checking accounts. So, I imagine my question will not be answered. I do not have the money requested. Sorry for taking up your time!
