Bleeding Last Two Days. I Got Surgery In 2014 But

Bleeding last two days. I got surgery in 2014 but still not solve the problem after few months it's happening bleeding again.
I drink whiskey 1or 2 small peg before dinner only, it is harmful or not?

What can I do?
