Blockage Found, But Wasn't Able To Reach It... 14 Different

Blockage found, but wasn't able to reach it... 14 different catheters, wasn't able to reach... Over dosed my mom, trying... Using hospice but uses medication to keep blood pressure down. Occasionally it's very High, 212/146. Is there something eles as her daughter, can I do for her? Should I try a second opinion? She's 75 weighs 78 pounds.
