Blood and small clots 3 weeks ago, last 6-8 hours and disappeared, discomfort, no pain. Passed few days pelvic discomfort and tiny amounts of blood and whitish discharge. Discomfort was pressure on clitoris. Entire lower abdomen gripped with intense pain. Last several minutes, eventually passed. I had a complete hysterectomy 2 years ago.
