Blood Finger Poke Test Has Been Over 600 All Day.

Blood finger poke test has been over 600 all day. Dr keeps giving me extra insulin and telling me to drink large glass of water so far I have drank 6 large glasses which equals 2 1/2 cups of fluid so I've had 15 cups. I am on dialysis. I am suppose to be 5 cups a day
What can I do correctly.
