Blood In Stools Of Child With No Other Symptoms. He

Blood in stools of child with no other symptoms. He did eat a lot of fruit the last few days and we traveled in the car for 12 hours. His stools are regular and soft but he has had at least 4 in the last 24 hours (2 had some blood). He is eating and playing and has no fever or complaints of pain. We saved one stool in case we need to take him in.
