Blood Sugar Test Fasting Is 104.4mg/dl And After Meal Is

Blood sugar test fasting is 104.4mg/dl and after meal is 205.4 mg/dl. Not taking any medicine .Few days ago in evening had experienced lot of confusion and inability to speak and respond. Blood sugar tested after eating 4 biscuits was 70. Should I take cetapin xr 500 prescribed now after dinner .
