Both My Feet And Ankles Are Staying Swollen And I

Both my feet and ankles are staying swollen and I I have a bad pain below my left breast with the pain going all the way through my torso to my back. It really hurts. I am a 67 year ol male with a history of 4 heart attacks. They were treated with stents about 15 years aga What do you think is going on ? Thank you. Robert
