Both My Feet Are Swollen And Hot To Touch. The

Both my feet are swollen and hot to touch. The pain is in the ankle and it hurts to touch the tendon. I just got off prednisone , 40mg for a week and then 20mg a week...i am thinking i have the gout ..the prdnisone did not clear it up. when i am sitting for along time my left foot swells aweful and is very painful
