Both Of My Thumbs Have Been In Pain For A

Both of my thumbs have been in pain for a few weeks now. They both lock up on me throughout the day. Lately, I am unable to bend at all even with help. I do not text or type on a phone, or computer much. I have worn a splint for about a week now, taken ibuprophen and nothing seems to help.
