Both ovaries are visible with a complex cyst in the right ovary which has a hypoechoic in homogenous area with no associated vascularities and there is an avascular septated cyst in the left ovary the left ovary has a volume of 21.5 ml with anechoic cyst and avascular septation. The right ovary has a volume of 49.9 ML with a 32×31×30 mm complex cyst with an irregular hypoechoic inhomogenous area with no associated vascularities
