Both The Inside And Outside Of My Lips Are Pink.

Both the inside and outside of my lips are pink. I am currently on B/P medication and Thyroid medication which I take both (at the same time) each a.m. Could this be the problem? I am female; age 68. My lips were not always discolored. This causes my not wanting to smile and is embarrassing.
