Bottom Of My Foot Got A Cramp Today. After 6

Bottom of my foot got a cramp today. After 6 hours, cramp is still there no matter how much I've stretched it and numbness and cramping are going up to my knee. cause and reason? cure? I always have problems with this leg/foot for 9 years since a herniated disc and successful discectomy, but today's problem has never happened before.
