Breast Cancer 2004. Returned In Lymph Nodes Under Left Arm

Breast cancer 2004. Returned in lymph nodes under left arm in 2009. Had most nodes removed but not all plus chemo and radiation. Just received ct results and it states, development of some prominent right superior para tracheal subcranialand left hilar lymph node enlargements. More prominent than on prior study. The largest lymph node is 9mm in the subcranial region.

I think there are several typos in report but overall should I be worried and return to my oncologist? Scans were ordered by ob/gyn after I complained of rib pain. Report states vague areas sclerosis in 6th and 7th anterior lateral left ribs.
