Breast Cancer 3 Yrs Ago. All Lymph Nodes Removed Causing

Breast cancer 3 yrs ago. All lymph nodes removed causing lymph edema in arm. Lymph nodes in neck on same side enlarged. No symptoms. Put on antibiotics, lymph still swollen, for over 2 mos. Diagnosed recently with fibromyalgia. Ana positive twice with 6 mos between. Rheumatologist thought lupus, but all the required blood test to diagnose weren't poss. They will test blood every 6 mos also poss for the gene for hlab27 (not sure if that's right) as I don't think straight. Muscle & bone aches, extreme fatigue, ice pick headaches, muscle spasms, frequent low grade fevers. I am 57 yrs , female, 5'3" 120lbs.
