Brother Has Uretheial Cancer, Now Taking Radiation For A Mass

Brother has uretheial cancer, now taking radiation for a mass on his protate gland which has increased in size and growing toward his rectum and causing much pain, He finished 6 rounds of chemotherapy in June, He has been taking Morphene Sulfate 30mg every 12 hour with dilaudid as needed for break through pain. The pain is not controlled. Today the radiology Dr took him off the Morphene and put him on patches and azo. Comment please
