The largest intramural nodules measure 1.9 * 1.6cm. no tissue degeneration. A growing follicle in the left ovary measure 1.2cm and a mass of cystic echo consistency in the right ovary measure 2.6 * 2.2cm. it has a thin wall and few dividing membrane. No internal calcification
