Bump Behind My Ear. Has Been There For A While.

Bump behind my ear. Has been there for a while. Was causing me pain but not anymore. It's right where the lobe and my head meet. You can feel there's something inside, it isn't hard. It's turning purple now. I'm pregnant so not sure if that could have anything to do with it. Just worried don't know what it is or what to do...
