1. Moderate to severe facet joint arthropathy and surrounding reactive marrow edema at T11-T12. Reactive marrow edema often correlates with localized pain.
2. Straightening of the normal lumbar lordosis.
3. Edema at the right paraspinous muscles of the sacrum, probably related to denervation. Less likely etiologies include trauma and myositis.
4. 3 mm retrolisthesis and minimal central spinal stenosis at L3-L4. Mild to moderate right facet joint arthropathy with surrounding reactive soft tissue and marrow edema at the same level.
5. 3 mm retrolisthesis at L4-L5.
6. 3 mm retrolisthesis, moderate to severe disc space narrowing, and moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at L4-L5.
