CHronic Back Pain For 19 Yrs.. Spinal Fusion In 2007-L4

CHronic back pain for 19 yrs.. Spinal fusion in 2007-L4 fused to L5. Duragesic patch for 19yrs currently 100 MCG changed every 48 hrs. 30 MG Morphine sulfate twice daily. Morphine prescribed every six hours with Baclofen 20 mg tab. I endure terrible morning pain but after exercising and moving around it gets better. I try to wait for Morphine till 1:00 pm so I only need to take it twice a day. Monday I have an appointment for consult re; stem cell procedure. What are your thoughts?
