Can Acetaminophen And Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Cause False Positive Urine Test Result For Meth?

I had to take a urine test to see if I could go permanent with an employer that I have been working for now for 4 months welding. The clinic called today and said it tested postive for meth. I do and have not done meth ever! I have been battling a severe head cold with alot of congestion. Here is a list of the various ingredients in these medicines I have been taking. Acetaminophen, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, doxylamine succinate, phenylephine hydrochloride, guaifenesin, loratadine, diphenhydramine hcl. Can these give a false reading or a combination of these???
