Can Achilles Tendon Tear Be Repaired?

I have experienced debilitating symptoms since about 2008, I was finally diagnosed with hypothyroid. This was only because I have experienced Achillies tendon tear to left ankle 4 years ago & injury to my right foot in nov. with both feet now impaired that caused my dr. to take notice at my young age of only 34. I have tried to work & had to quit after a short time, very short, I couldn't stand on my injury before I even got hurt this last nov. I feel like I have no choices for employment, can I get disability or help getting schooling for something off my feet?
