Can Advil And Odansetron Be Given Together To A Child?

My 4 year old has a nasty stomach virus that has caused her to vomit almost nonstop. She was prescribed Odansetron ODT 4G yesterday. She was to take 1/2 tablet every 8 hours. She s been doing that and the vomiting has subsided for the most part but now she has a fever. Is it okay for me to give her Advil along with the Odansetron ODT or do these drugs not interact well?
