Can Advil And Tylenol Be Taken Together?

Mg MY HUSBAND IS A TYPE 1 diabetic. He was treated yesterday for a urintary traict infection with cipro 500 mg twice a day. He has had fever most of the day. 101 to 102. He takes plavix & 81 mg of aspirin daily. He has had a Heart attack in 2005. I gave him two extra strength Tylenol 2 hours ago & his temp is still 101. Can I give him an Advil & can I give it now? Thanks
