Can Advil Cause Head Cold With Nose Bleeding?

Have a head cold and have had 2 nose bleeds with blowing of my nose in the past 24hrs....do not believe my blowing was very vigorous. Can the advil/antihistimine medication combo cause this or do you think its just the frequent blowing and dry cold winter air?
